The Open Championship returns to St Andrews “The Home of Golf” in July 2010 which will mark the 150th anniversary of the Open Championship. Once again the worlds’ greatest golfers will gather to do battle for the famous Claret Jug over the Old Course where Tiger Woods has been victorious on the last two occassions in 2000 and 2005.

The Open Sportsmans Dinner

Join us on the Wednesday practice day for this very special event watching past Open champions as they play 1, 2, 17 and 18 on the Old Course.

You will then retire for dinner to the Links restaurant where a guest speaker from the world of golf will provide after dinner entertainment. The restaurant will be set with tables for 10 and space is strictly limited to 300 places, so hurry to ensure your place at this unique event.

The Open Guest Package

With direct access to The Championship golf course, the Hospitality Village is the perfect setting for your day at The Open.

Hosted by our professional events team, the village is close to the action and the place to see the world’s best golfers. Packages include full day hospitality from a classic golfer’s breakfast to a magnificent three course lunch, followed by a traditional Scottish afternoon tea and of course, full service bar is available throughout the day.

You can choose to enjoy The Open Championship in one of our restaurants or in the privacy of your own chalet if you prefer something more exclusive. They are available for parties of 30 to 50 guests.

The Open Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is our premier package in the Hospitality Village, hosted in a specially designed, intimate club-style facility

Follow your favourite player on the links and then retire to the comfort and sanctuary of our Clubhouse,with informal areas for eating and relaxing throughout the day. Guests will get an opportunity to hear from a golfing great at some point during the day, get their autograph or pose for pictures.

Choose from the a la carte menu or keep coming back to graze from our scrumptious tapas style menu selection. The food will be inspired by Scotland’s wealth of flavoursome produce and her long association with France. Our executive chef will take traditional dishes and serve them with a contemporary twist. A full wine list and a fully stocked bar is also available.

The Home of Golf Package

The world famous Old Course Hotel will host many of the players at The Championship and this is your opportunity to be entertained at The Official Open Championship hotel. Bordering the renowned 17th hole of the Old Course, the hotel is set in a spectacular location overlooking the famous links courses, the West Sands beach and the beautiful Scottish coastline.

The Road Hole VIP Package

The Road Hole Fine Dining Restaurant is a must-visit gourmet destination for all food lovers. Located on the top floor of the Old Course Hotel with spectacular panoramic views over the world’s most famous golf course, the Old Course and the beautiful east coast of Scotland, the restaurant with its dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and an open deck is the most attractive place to watch the world’s best golfers take on the renowned Road Hole.

This magnificent setting is the venue for our VIP package. Your day starts with an exclusive Scottish breakfast. You will enjoy a gourmet four course luncheon and delicious afternoon tea buffet.

Do not miss the opportunity before lunch to visit the Road Hole Bar, awarded Whisky Bar of the World 2008 in ’Icons of Whisky’.
